ENTER:
All entries must be completed online by filling out the entry
form and clicking the "Submit" button. Your entry will
be sent to us for review. Your entry must be received by the 7th
day of each month to qualify for that month's contest.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 1) No purchase is necessary.
2) Contest is void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal,
state and local laws and regulations. 3) Only one entry per person,
per month may be submitted for consideration. Contestants may
enter up to 12 recipes per year. 4) Entries will not be acknowledged
or returned. Cellone’s Bakery will not be responsible for
misdirected recipes. 5) All entries become property of Cellone’s
Bakery upon submission, and Cellone’s reserves the right
to list your recipe(s) on Cellone’s website. Entry constitutes
permission to edit, modify, publish and otherwise use the recipe
in any way without compensation. 6) Upon receiving your submission,
in the event that you are choosen as a winner, Cellone’s
has the right to list your first name (only) and your hometown
and state on Cellone’s website.
RECIPE REQUIREMENTS: 1) Recipes must be entered
by filling out the online entry form on Cellone’s webiste.
NOTE: We will note accept Contest recipes via mail or fax. 2)
Recipe submission must be original and include a Cellone’s
Bakery product. An original recipe is the product of one's own
mind and is not a copy or imitation. If the recipe is derived
from a previously published one, it must have at least four significant
ingredients that are different and the method of preparation changed
to qualify. 3) Recipe must list ingredients in order of use and
in exact, standard U. S. measurements. 5) Recipe must include:
name of recipe, number of servings, directions for preparation,
your name, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number.
ELIGIBILITY: 1) Contest open to continental U.S.
residents age 18 or older. 2) Anyone who has previously won this
contest, employees of Cellone’s Bakery, its affiliated companies,
contest sponsors, their agencies and families are not eligible.
JUDGING: 1) Submitted recipes will be judged
on originality, ease of preparation and usage of Cellone’s
products. 2) Winning recipes will be selected by our Cellone’s
Recipe committee, and all decisions are final in all matters relating
to the contest. 3) Judges will disqualify recipes which to their
knowledge are previously published recipes. 4) Judges will select
only one winner per month. Winning recipes may include any available
Cellone’s products (example: Italian Bread, Sausage Rolls,
Bread Crumbs, Pizza Shells, etc. 5) Winners will be selected on
or about the third week of every month and notified via e-mail
or telephone. Your first name, the city and state you are from
will be published on the website.
PRIZES: 1) Prizes are nontransferable and may
not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prizes is allowed.
Cellone’s Bakery reserves the right to substitute prizes
of equal value.
